PLACING YOUR ORDER

The first thing you need to do before placing an order is to browse around in our website to find what you want and add it to your shopping bag by clicking Add to Cart. If you’re happy and satisfied with what you have picked you can click Check Out to proceed to your payment, if you wish to review your order you can do so after you check out. It is important that you should sign up with us in order to complete your order.

We only process your orders during business days. For holidays, please be aware that your orders will be processed on next business day

PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
If you chose to pay by bank transfer, you will have 24 hours to complete the payment process.
After you have made the transfer, you will need to come back to our site and click the Confirm Payment Button.
An automatic payment reminder will be emailed to you 12 hours after your order is made. If you already transferred and confirmed your payment, just ignore that email

Your order will be processed and shipped after the payment is verified by our team (verification is usually completed in 1 working day)
*Please Note: If you do not confirm the payment on our website, your order will automatically be cancelled 24 hours after check out.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship NATIONWIDE within Indonesia with the trusted shipping company, JNE (www.jne.co.id). Your order is guaranteed to arrive to you safe and sound. Note that we do not ship WORLDWIDE yet, but don’t worry because we’re working on that.

We have two different shipping methods that you can choose from. They are

If you want your order to be processed and shipped at the same day please be aware that your payment must be confirmed before the following time;
Monday – Friday : Before 2.00 PM, WIB

We only ship orders during business days. If you confirmed your payment during weekends or holidays, please be aware that your orders will be shipped on the next business day.

TRACKING INFORMATION
After receiving the tracking information, you might nev wait 24 hours for you to be able to track your order. Cost of shipping

Shipping fees are based on delivery methods you choose and the weight of the items you’ve ordered. If you’ve ordered an item that is bigger than standard shipping size, charges will be calculated by volume.

RETURNS

Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent within seven days of the delivery confirmation date.
A full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
All packages are to be fully insured. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
